LJ went out, then called me telling me that she was getting a new phone and said that she got a discount on a second new phone. I said that I wanted something with Bluetooth and she brought home the Nokia 6102i.
I use a Mac, OS X 10.4. Everything I read said that the Nokia, doesn’t work, or that you can pay money in Euros (Bah!).
I wanted something free, that would allow me to iSync up my ical and address book. I looked and looked and I …

People on the radio are asking, “What is the best way to handle North Korea?”.
Well, I got something to say on the matter. It’s a lost cause. It was a lost cause the moment we sold nuclear technology to that psychopath-dictator in the first place.
We could have kept ourselves out of this mess by clamping down on Arms and Dangerous technology sales to rouge and communist countries.
It comes out that Rumsfeld was on the broad of directors of a company that Sold Nuclear Technology to North …

Here is the letter I sent to ABC from Think Progress
Dear Mr. Iger:
You can’t tell the people what to think, but you can tell them what to think about…
I’m sure this is something everyone involved with the distribution of information is aware of. And, that the message behind this axiom is the distribution of information is a double-edged sword. I am referring to the up coming two-part mini-series called “The Path to 9/11″
For its part, this program already has people talking and thinking, and the name of ABC …

My daughter, Addie, is a very good kid. It’s a little startling sometimes how good she can be.
She recently has begun apologizing for things she didn’t say… like, Caca (she tells me it is spelled Kaka.. and you know what? Spell check agrees with her… huh). I believe that she thinks these words to herself (she can read to herself so this is not out of the question, and also she has claimed to have a song playing in her head) and she is trying to figure out the …

I wrote a letter to Senator Allen. And I got a response.
I have written another letter to him just now addressing misunderstandings about the NSA Terrorist Spying Program we have. All three letters, and any future correspondence will be available here.

Listen up, Lame Liberal Leadership.
Democrats have no balls and need a strategy. Well, I have a strategy for you but you have to stick to it.
Your Marching Orders are as follows.
1. Environment. Start Reciting Facts. Its that simple. Need some reason why? See This Video over at Crooks and Liars.
The Christian Right have got their two Supreme Court Justices, and now they are ready to switch their focus. They want to protect God’s Green Earth, so give it to them. The White House has been …

Crooks and Liars has this video up of Scarborough (of MSNBC) claiming to be embarassed to be a Republican. It reminds me of Democrats claiming to be embarassed to be a Democrat.
When a politician has to pander to the money to buy votes (thru ads) at the expense of what will get votes thru action, then there is a serious problem.
Where is integrity?

Two recent stories show us a little about the secret government that exists here in the United States.
The first was the not-so-hidden FISA courts, as we have had this information come more to the forefront of the American thinking, as we again hear about how the Government can bug our house without our knowing it, and now they claim that they don’t need a warrant listen to our Phone Calls (And what is the difinition of a terrorist when a drug dealer is considered a terrorist by some) So why …

I’m not sure if it was the child or not, but somehow my old stereo amp died and I needed a new one quick. I went to the Crutchfield outlet where they have a returned items on sale section and I picked up a JVC RX-202. This is a video switcher as well, and it includes enough inputs to make me happy.
The neat thing about it is that it also has a USB in on the front. I wasn’t planning to use it as the guy at Crutchfield told …
