When Addie was a baby I came up with a song, a sort of wake up lullaby. At first she didn’t know what the words meant, and over time she got to know them well. I sing it from time to time with both Adelaide and Griffin and have even put it to piano recently.
Its been over three years since I’ve put a song up here. And here is Good Morning, or Kitty Stew.

A friend posted this video of me and skip from a long time ago. It was recorded in the basement of my mother’s old house, 305 E. State.
It’s a little out of tune but good for nostalgia.

This morning light frost appeared in pockets in the near freezing temperatures. Despite the cold we ventured out on a trip to the park to try to feed the ducks. We opted to not go to the museum – it opens at 10:00 which is too close to Griffins’ nap time.
On the way to the lake Addie was skipping and playing and being joyous, when she tripped and had her happy feeling shattered as she fell onto the cold, rocky path, cutting her knee and scraping her hands. A good …

Addie and I have just made this song and we want to post it to this web page. It is noise (as a category) and was a lot of fun to make.

I posted this one on youtube for Sxip. Its a song that Push Push Carnival did called Tilt-O-Whirl. Its a Sxip creation that got shoved through the music grinder that was Push Push. Push!

This was a recorded version that was put over video feedback.

Sxip came to town and his band Luminescent Orchestrii played a show at the Gravity Lounge. I went and saw it and had a great time. It was really good to see my old friend Sxip, too.
